Eastern Sales works closely with our customers to develop the right Inventory Management (esslims) Programs for their specific manufacturing and assembly needs. We incorporate fasteners, weld studs, hydraulic fittings, hose clamps etc into a professional inventory control system that we maintain. Our customers requirements are maintained at our facility and delivered to our customers utilizing returnable bins and flow racks (please see "material handling" topic).
